Volunteering
Here are a few ways to volunteer with Tail Lights Rescue Project
1. Volunteer to drive
If you're interested in volunteering as a driver for one of our transports, please reach out! Transports are usually a 3-8 day commitment. If you think this is something you may be interested in, please feel free to contact us through our contact page.
2. Foster a dog
Rescues are always in need of fosters! The number of dogs our rescue partners can take in is often dependent on how many fosters they have available.

If you are located in Washington: We do not work directly with fosters in Washington because we are not set up to handle adoptions on a large scale. If you're interested in fostering, we can connect you with one of our awesome rescue partners who handle all our foster needs in Washington.

If you are located in Shreveport, Louisiana: We are often looking for short-term fosters in Louisiana that can care for a dog between 1 - 7 days. If this is something you are interested in doing, please reach out through our contact page and we can put you on our foster list.
3. Volunteer your particular skillset
If you have a skillset that you think could benefit our rescue, we would love to hear from you! Please feel free to reach out through our contact page.
